31 October 2007 Proposed acquisition
ScreenFX plc (AIM:SFX), the digital advertising and communications specialist, announces that the Company has entered into heads of terms in respect of a proposed acquisition ("acquisition") of a business which is in a related area of activity to that of the Group. The acqusition would be wholly funded by shares in ScreenFX.
The acquisition is conditional inter alia on completion of the due diligence exercise; the passing of the appropriate resolutions at an Extraordinary General Meeting; and Admission of the new shares to trading on AIM.
It is anticipated that this transaction will take several weeks to complete and a further announcement will be made at an appropriate time.
