Vision Media Group (International) plc (AIM:VMG), the outdoor media contractor, announces that the Company’s Annual General Meeting will be held at the offices of Halliwells LLP, 1 Threadneedle Street, London, EC2R 8AY on Wednesday 24 September 2008 at 11:00 a.m.
This time and date replaces that published in the 2007 Annual Report and Accounts.
Copies of the full Notice of AGM and Proxy Form have now been posted to shareholders. These documents are also available from the Company’s website; www.visionmediagroupplc.com.
