3rd January 2006 Screen FX - Board Change
ScreenFX today announces that Jonathan Walker has stepped down as a director of the Company to pursue other business interests. With immediate effect co-founder and Chief Operating Officer Richard Schultz has assumed the role of full time Finance Director.
Commenting on these changes, Chief Executive Officer David Clark commented:
"We thank Jon for his contribution to date and wish him all the best in his future activities. With Richard's appointment as FD and the recent addition of Sir Geoffrey Pattie as non-executive chairman, we are confident that we have right team in place to take the company forward through to the next key stage of its development."
