1st June 2006 Result of AGM
ScreenFX plc (AIM: SFX), the digital advertising and communications specialists, confirms that all the resolutions put to shareholders at the Company's Annual General Meeting held today were duly passed.
At the meeting held in Manchester, Sir Geoffrey Pattie, Chairman of
ScreenFX plc, gave a short presentation which outlined the corporate
structure of the Company following the rebranding that was announced
on 25 May 2006. No new financial information was given in this presentation.
